Refund policy
I take no responsibilities for lost packages, as I cannot control whether they arrive or not. Therefore, please make sure to give me the right address.
If the received products are damaged, please tell me within a week or receiving the products - either via email (softspellfae.cs@outlook.com) or via social media (softspellfae on TikTok and Instagram!). I cannot cover for damages that arrived during shipping, but I will cover for mistakes on my end (printing / cutting issues).
If there are any issues of that kind, I will offer a refund or send a replacement. Please just let me know in time and have a proof of purchase on hand!
