Shipping policy

  • Processing Time: I will try to process orders ASAP, but depending on workload it might take a while. 
  • Shipping Rates & Options: 3 Zones for now - Austria (National), EU & Rest of Europe and International. 

    Shipping Tiers are offered for below 75g, 150g and 2kg. Tracking is only available for the sub-2kg tier.

  • Delivery Times:
    Austria -     within a week
    EU & International -     within a month, for sure. 

  • Shipping Restrictions: It will figure itself out.

  • Lost/Damaged Items: Must be reported within a week of arrival per email (softspellfae.cs@outlook.com) or any social media channels!

  • Returns/Exchanges: See Return Policy.

  • Responsibility: As soon as I hand over the Envelopes to Austrian Post, the responsibility is out of my hands. I have no way of controlling whether the Package arrives or not. Therefore, please make sure to give me the right address.
